7 Seasonings of Focus Self-Assessment

The 7 Seasonings of Focus Self-Assessment is a powerful tool designed to help you evaluate and reflect on seven key areas of your life: spiritual, mental, family, physical, career, finances, and connections. By rating yourself in each category and visualizing your results, you gain valuable insights into where you excel and where you can improve and then you can use the insights gained from this assessment to create a roadmap for personal development and intentional living. The first page gives you a fillable circle that is broken down by each seasoning. Each section has a number system, or tier system that you fill in based on the ratings on page two. Page two provides you with a rating system for each of the seven seasonings, or areas, of focus. The rating system is then calculated and used to fill in the corresponding tiers in each seasoning section of the circle, giving you a visual on where you are doing great and where you need some improvement in your life as an intentional and connected man.

The tool is an adaptation of Zig Ziglar’s “Wheel of Life” and has been modified and changed to be in line with the lessons from the pit that I teach here at Life Around the Pit.
